The hotel lobby is impressive and the staff seem friendly. There is a tourist agency in the lobby, which is convenient for arranging city tours. the breakfast was varied and delicious.

The rooms were disappointing, not what I expected from the photos. the air conditioning was inefficient and the carpets in the rooms smelled bad.

We had an amazing experience at this hotel with exceptional service from friendly and professional staff. The cleanliness of the hotel facilities was impressive, and the hotel had every service we could think of, including a tourist centre and supermarket. Although the location is not really in downtown, transportation to the centre of this city was easy and affordable. Additionally, we loved the beautiful swimming pool and the view of the mountains from our upper floor room.

Nothing that I didn't like.

We stayed in a hotel with an amazing view of the beautiful park in the middle of the city. We could also see the majestic mountains behind it. Inside the Lijiang Chinese restaurant, we could enjoy the local cuisine and take in the superb atmosphere. the room was clean and comfortable, with plenty of space in the bathroom. the staff provided good service and breakfast had a lot of options.

The hotel lacked efficient WIFI connection.

The hotel offered clean rooms and a nice view from the window. The swimming pool was an added bonus and we enjoyed using it during our stay. The hotel was located close to a bus line, making it easy to get around the city.

The location was a bit far from the city center, which made it difficult to find things to do near the hotel. The WiFi signal in the room was very weak and we had trouble connecting to the internet.

This luxurious hotel provides exclusive amenities that make one's stay unforgettable. the room advantages were stunning, with extensive facilities that fulfilled our needs. the bar/lounge area was also impressive, offering a fantastic variety of drinks. the location is excellent, near downtown but in a quiet area, with fantastic mountain views.

The only minor issue was the service. Although staff was friendly, their English standard might need improvement, and the wifi connection in the room was poor.
